IT Support Analyst required for an international organisation with offices based near to Stratford-upon-Avon. Within this role you will play a key part in providing 1st/2nd line IT support to the wider user base situated throughout the UK. Working within the IT department, you will play a critical role in the company's IT support provision, providing assistance and support covering a bespoke ERP software (full training will be provided). Within the role you will also gain exposure to project work.
The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in a similar service desk role and will have proven experience supporting various different types of hardware, including tablet and mobile devices, and supporting Windows 10 & Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities include:
Providing a high level of support via phone and email, using a helpdesk system to support internal users.
Hardware preparation, installing Windows and other applications on to desktop and laptop PCs, configuring the profile on them to be shipped out to the end customer.
Following existing procedures and processes to ensure audited compliance to SOX standards.
Physically hands on helping in the business support office and some limited and infrequent site travel to setup hardware.
Procurement of hardware from vendors.
Utilising excellent planning and prioritisation skills to ensure IT services provided are highly efficient.Salary:
The salary my client is offering for this position is between £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, and flexible working opportunities.
