This well-known and highly respected financial services organisation has invested heavily in Salesforce and working as part of a growing Salesforce DevOps team made up of Developers, Architects and Business users you will help design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions that add real value.
This organisation has put Salesforce at the heart of its tech strategy and you will have the opportunity to put your Business Analysis and Salesforce Administration skills to work across 6 Salesforce orgs including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Industries (Vlocity), that support various functions within this business globally.
Working in a fast-paced, Agile environment you will help to build applications, systems and processes that will transform this business. You will use your experience in translating business needs into requirements, shaping and informing solution design and architecture, and building out Salesforce solutions using declarative development.

To be successful in this team, you will be a proactive and enthusiastic Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce Administration skills. You will have exposure to Sales and/or Service cloud and you MUST have:
Salesforce Administrator Certified (other Salesforce Certifications advantageous)
Strong BA skills with experience in gathering and translating business demand into requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security control
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good problem-solving skills and ability to take end-to-end ownership of work
Agile experience is highly desirable as is any experience in any Salesforce DevOps tools and Jira
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45k-£60k plus an annual bonus and a superb 12% Non-contributory pension. In addition, you will receive benefits including Private Medical contribution, Life, 25 days holiday plus a choice of flexible benefits including subsided gym, dental, etc. There are also superb Maternity/Paternity schemes (up to 3 months off paid) as well as all the training and development you need to keep your career moving forward including support to achieve Salesforce Certifications.
This is a hybrid role and you can expect to visit the office 2-3 times per month (ideally once a week although this is not a strict rule and there is plenty of flexibility on offer). Office locations are in Swindon, Wiltshire and Fareham, Hampshire. Fully remote is not on offer for this role and the team still sees great value in getting together to collaborate and enjoy face time. Of course, if you prefer being in the office more frequently this is also possible.
