Role: 1st Line Support Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000

My client, a market leading tech company, are looking for an ambitious 1st Line / Helpdesk Engineer to join their dedicated IT team.
Your main responsibilities will be providing BAU support to all staff across one of their client's offices, based in central Reading.
This will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and on-site. You will also be responsible for assisting in project work including system upgrades and deployments.
