We urgently require Customer Service Executive /Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process...(Technical Support) in UK/US Shift
Roles and Responsibilities:
Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
