Job Description Job Role :
Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
. 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO. • Must know how to close their own calls. • Good communication skills in English. • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad. • Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution. • Should be flexible working in night shifts
Qualifications any hs pass/ basic graduate
Additional Information Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill in English.
• Candidate with at least 6 months experience in Outbound or Inbound can apply for Inbound Tech Support Process.
• Candidate must know how to close their own call.
• Domestic BPO & fresher candidates are not applicable.
• Candidate with age limit 18 - 35 can apply only, must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
