Job Description Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.• Must know how to close their own calls.• Good communication skills in English . Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.• Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.• Should be flexible working in night shifts.Salary -Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.Immediate joining preferable.
