Job Description . 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO. • Must know how to close their own calls. • Good communication skills in English. • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad. • Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution. • Should be flexible working in night shifts.
Salary - Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
Immediate joining preferable.
Qualifications any hs pass/ basic graduates
Additional Information Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill in English.
• Candidate with at least 6 months experience in Outbound or Inbound can apply for Inbound Tech Support Process.
• Candidate must know how to close their own call.
• Domestic BPO & fresher candidates are not applicable.
• Candidate with age limit 18 - 35 can apply only, must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
