We are recruiting a Business Analyst to join our team.

What can you expect?
Work with and manage data to produce key reporting and analytics to inform and support the business in key initiatives and decision making.
Supports operational processes and works with internal systems and data to ensure we deliver to our targets
Works with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in day to day tasks and activities
This role can be fully remote and based anywhere in the UK.

We will count on you to:
Work as part of a wider operational team to support the effective business operations through data management, analysis and reporting to inform and support business decision making.
Be an integral part of our team to support process activities relating to finance data verification and matching
Working with stakeholders across the business and become a subject matter expect for your area
Support the wider operations team as required
What you need to have:
Strong VBA including Macro programming knowledge and experience
Excellent data analysis skills
Advanced ability to manage data in Excel and experience of completing analysis work accurately.
Ability to understand large data sets and organise in a methodical manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to check and review own work logically
Ability to produce reports, using available templates where required.
Ability to explain analysis process working with senior stakeholders
Ability to build strong relationships across the business.
Adaptable and willingness to learn new skills and be adaptable in a changing environment.
