IT Support Analyst
We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of Windows environments and exposure to SCCM to work as an onsite Systems Administrator dealing with incoming calls to the service team. You will be expected to deal with initial troubleshooting, looking to resolve issues and work with users.
The role will be working 8.30am - 5.00pm onsite with one week every 5 on a late working from 3:30pm - Midnight, however this will be remote working from home.
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience working in a fast paced support environment
Understanding of diagnosis and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and MS Office
Understanding of network concepts, protocols and standards.
Exposure to SCCM
Any formal certification will be an advantage
