2nd Line Regional Support Engineer - Chance to take that first step into IT!

Our client is looking for somebody who is enthusiastic and eager to learn to join their busy support team.
Based in or around the Norwich area, you would be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the organisations IT estate. Taking escalated support calls from the Service Desk, your primary responsibility in this position will be the support and incident resolution of Desktop, Network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Windows 10, and telephony environments. You will also be closely involved with some exciting project work based around the implementation of new site set-ups and IT deployments.
LOCATION: Norwich area - Field based with regular travel around the Norfolk and Suffolk areas.
SALARY: Up to £25,000, plus car allowance, plus travel/accommodation expenses and more!
Ideally, your skills would include:
Experience supporting IT desktop and telephony systems
Knowledge of IP networking and infrastructure hardware such as routers, switches etc.
Desktop troubleshooting experience. But, most importantly, you need to be:
Eager to learn
Happy to travel with occasional overnight stays
