Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 HR
A well known Leisure and Retail company are starting a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) HR roll out across their European sites and require 2 Product Owners to ensure a smooth process. The end goal is to put all European sites onto one common HR platform - Dynamics 365 Human Resources. Having piloted this already they are now looking at a wider rollout with all clubs integrated by late Spring / early Summer.
Work will begin immediately and leveraging the piloted templated solution you will tailor it to the local country requirements. It is expected this will be more complex in some European countries as there may be additional development required to integrate the new Dynamics 365 HR system to exisiting Payroll systems along with the need to migrate data from existing systems to the new HR and scheduling systems.
Gather requirements/Demo "to be" system
Identify and asses impact of the implementation and any required changes
Develop/integrate any required change
Oversee implementation plan
We are looking for Product Owners / Business Analysts who have experience with HR / Payroll solutions - in particular managing the implementation of a HR solution ideally with Dynamics 365 Human Resource.
Working in a small team of PO / BA / Functional Leads you will have access to technical teams / development teams if needed. Strong communication skills are needed and any European language skills would be highly beneficial.
Must be able to travel overseas as and when required.
