I am looking for an experienced M365 Engineer, on behalf of a global IT Professional Services organisation, to provide dedicated support to One end client around for 6-8 months.
*It is essential that you hold M365 Administrator Expert certification for this role*
IR35 Status: Inside
Respond to tickets logged on the Incident Management system and provide the end client with a technical
solution within a timely manner.
Support the wider team with project-based work.
Ensure all implemented solutions are supported with documentation, training, and expertise within the Service Desk and wider technical Support areas.Skills/Experience required:
Minimum 3 year's experience in a similar SLA driven support role
It is essential that you hold M365 Administrator Expert certification
Proven experience delivering projects and complex changes.
Proven knowledge / experience in the following technologies are essential for this role:* Microsoft Cloud Technologies

❖ Azure Virtual Desktop
❖ Security Centre
❖ Backup, ASR, ANF
Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
Active Directory (Core AD Services, DNS, DHCP, GPO, AD Replication)
Powershell and scripting experience
If you hold an ITIL Foundation certification, this is advantageous
