We are recruiting for an IT Administrator to join a busy IT department, this is a fantastic opportunity and one not to be missed. This postion is permanent with a fantastic renumeration and benefits package.
* Maintaining & Co-Ordinating helpdesk ticket responses
* Improving customer service throughout the company
* Maintain hardware stock and asset reconciliation
* Maintain hardware compliance, eg security levels on PC’s / Laptops
* Purchase order and receipt administration
* Setting up new account users
* Checking updates, back-ups & anti-virus – server compliance
* Liaising with internal operational teams for administration support
* Responsible for hardware disposal
* Telephone sales experience- commercial / industrial sector
* Excellent telephone manner
* Proficient in MS office package
* Excellent organisational, planning and co-ordination skills
* Ability to work under own initiative and work well as a team member
* Energetic and highly motivated.
* Clean, full driving licence as there may be a need to travel to other sites
Hours of work will be: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
