IT Service Delivery Manager, Hampshire, £75-85k

You will be able to build a best in class leading service delivery capability from the group in, in a rapidly scaling organisation. This is a multi-faceted role, centred around Service Delivery, and you'll run projects, keep an eye on day-to-day performance and strive for continual improvement.Ultimately you will design and drive the delivery of IT service to users, with the relevant design, delivery, support and improvement processes are in place, to meet the business' strategic needs and objectives.
If you can get to the heart of a business, fine tune their processes, come up with a strategy for their service desk - and all the things that go with being a sole IT SDM, this could be for you. It certainly won't be a boring seat in a large global organisation, repeating the same tasks over and over again. You'd get some satisfaction over sorting out and streamlining an IT service function.
Most staff are office based, in North Hampshire, and you'd probably work in the office 4-5 days p/week.
