As an Application Support Analyst you will be working for an IT solutions company that provides SaaS solutions to the utilities market, but this is not your typical Helpdesk role! You will have the opportunity to broaden your skill set by working closely alongside the product team and will be actively involved in requirements capture as well as application testing. We are looking for someone with intellect and ambition that is ready to take the next step in their career!

-Hybrid working pattern (1-2 days in the office, potentially fully remote in the future)
You should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, you will be confident and reliable and can prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively within a team. Experience using SQL & T-SQL is essential as well as proficiency in using all Microsoft applications.
Day to day responsibilities also include:
- IT and data support to customers via the Helpdesk, email and telephone.
- Investigating customer problems and queries, providing and documenting an analysis of the situation
- Creating software manuals
- Training towards aiding in software testing
