An established Microsoft Gold Partner who has been in business for over 20 years is on the lookout for a new team member due to new client wins and expansion! This is a great chance to join a business which will allow you to undertake a mixture of project and support duties from day one. You will provide technical support remotely for the business's external clients. Your duties will include: Resolving and escalating tickets, involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations), technical research for client solutions, logging and updating IT support issues and partaking in technical training and personal development sessions.
There are excellent opportunities for progression internally and you will be promoted in line with experience gained. There are no set dates for this, however, your salary will increase with your responsibilities and your earning potential is limited only by yourself.

Working 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9:00am - 5:30pm,
