We are looking for a Digital Portfolio Manager Apprentice to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital. As an apprentice within DWP Digital, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself and play an important role in enabling and providing services which support the success of Digital Group as a whole.

This is an exciting opportunity to earn as you learn and get hands-on practical experience while you study towards a Level 6 qualification. You will receive 20% off the Job training to truly kickstart your career and allow you to complete all necessary aspects of the apprenticeship during work hours.
As a Digital Portfolio Manager Apprentice, you will support the tracking, analysis and delivery of outcomes within a portfolio. You will use your problem-solving skills to ensure that the proper controls and risk mitigation procedures are in place, and improve the products and services used by UK Citizens. You will use your awareness of the importance of planning and forecasting to make a real difference.

As an apprentice within our team, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself, whilst contributing towards achieving Digital's success, being a key enabler and providing services which support the whole of Digital Group.
Your excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills will help you to manage what will be a busy and rapidly changing schedule. You will be able to think strategically about the needs and commitments of digital delivery teams to support the tracking of projects and ensure the smooth running of digital projects.
You will gain exposure to senior leaders and present analysis and updates to the leadership team. Whilst maintaining a view of key project factors, and ensuring information is well documented and presented appropriately.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a Level 6 Apprenticeship in Project Management.
Part of this apprenticeship is to complete a level 2 English and Maths functional skills qualification. If you have already achieved GCSEs in English and Maths at Level 4 (grade C) or above, you will not need to complete functional skills qualifications.
