£30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Benefits
3rd Line Support Engineer needed for a permanent career opportunity based near Oxford. Start ideally November / December 2022.
A chance to join an established + expanding IT services business. Includes the option to work remotely from home (WFH) on a 'hybrid' basis.
Key skills, experience + tasks will include:
Providing 3rd line IT support for 900+ end users across multiple UK sites as part of the wider IT Support Team.
Key Tasks: IT infrastructure support, resolving escalated 3rd line support issues, system administration, maintenance, trouble-shooting, 3rd party suppliers, daily checks, documentation, project work.
Technical Skills: Windows Server, MS Exchange Server, VMware Hyper-V, Virtualisation, Office 365, Networks, LAN/WAN, VLAN, Firewalls, Cyber Security.
Advantageous Skills: Cloud (Azure / AWS / Hosting / Migrations), ArcServe, Backups, DR, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, ITIL, SCCM.
Driving License + own transport is essential as travel to other UK sites will be required
