Be-IT is working with growing Service Desk Team that manages client service delivery and maintains services in optimum condition. You will provide exceptional real time support that minimizes user downtime and improves customer efficiency and experience.
This role will involve;
Remote and onsite support to over 500 users
Creating and maintaining system user accounts using Active Directory, Exchange and internal company applications
Application support for internal applications
Troubleshooting problems remotely and onsite
Desktop and laptop maintenance and builds, mobile device management
Maintaining network cabinets
Printer environment maintenance, meeting room setup and maintenance
Working with hardware and software suppliers, liaising with 3rd party support groups
Candidates for this role will require
Demonstrable experience of Service Desk technologies and an understanding of service delivery objectives within a matrix managed service
Experience of managing IT server rooms and network cabling environment
Experience of managing IT services within a manufacturing environment
Able to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations and in a logical manner
Understanding of ITIL methodology
Technical skills in Windows and Microsoft Products, SharePoint and Teams Administration, Freshservice ITSM
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with users and remote support colleagues
This will be permanent role based in Glasgow area with mix of working from home and onsite support.
