£24,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
2nd Line Support Technician needed for a permanent career opportunity based near Oxford. Start ideally November / December 2022.
A chance to join an established + expanding IT services business. Includes the option to work remotely from home (WFH) on a 'hybrid' basis.
Key skills, experience + tasks will include:
Providing day-to-day 2nd line IT support for 900+ end users across multiple UK sites as part of the IT Support Team.
Supporting, troubleshooting + resolving IT incidents for desktops, laptops, printers, moble devices, hardware, software, networks, telephony
Technical Environment: Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory (AD), Group Policies admin, DNS/DHCP, SCCM, Sophos Antivirus + Arcservce Backup.
Professional IT qualification is an advantage but not essential: MCSE, MCSA, MCP, MCTS, MCITP, VCP (or similar).
Driving License + own transport is essential as occasional travel to other UK sites is required.
