2nd Line Support Engineer Job summary:
As the 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be handling 2nd line incidents including laptops, desktop, software and hardware support.
You will assist with smart phone deployments and give mobile device support.
Ability to gain SC clearance
Experience supporting Windows OS and Office Suite
Active Directory experience
Some experience with Cisco VPNDesirable skills/qualifcations:
