Service Desk Engineer - Leeds - Office 365 / AD - £19-21K
An expansive IT Solutions company in Leeds are looking for a Service Desk / Imaging Engineer to join their team. Other responsibilities of the role will include supporting their busy Service Desk and assisting the team with 1st line requests and resolving technical issues.
End-to-end deployment process of desktop images
Be present on design and project meetings with customers of the business
Track individual incidents and requests
Provide regular progress meetings along with senior members of the team
Receive and respond to incoming calls and support tickets
Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, VOIP telephones, mobiles and software issues for customers
Identify and escalate relevant and more complex issues to the 2nd/3rd Line Engineers
Experience with Microsoft SCCM / WDS / MDT
Microsoft Office 365 Intune Deployment Process
Mobile Phone Configuration
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Hardware builds and configurations
A minimum of 1 year experience in a Service Desk or similar environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem solving
