As an IT Support Engineer, you would be joining , our fast-growing telecommunications and digital transformation organisation. Acquired by the group in 2021, the company is going from strength to strength and is looking to expand further.
In this diverse role you can expect to be involved in several aspects of our support service, including:
Responsibility for answering calls and responding to tickets
Ticket logging, monitoring alerts
Undertaking first line fixes
Appropriately escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd line support as required Full training and development plans exist for those wanting to specialise or upskill, making this a fantastic opportunity if you want to learn more in this field.
The right candidate for this role will have:
Prior support desk / IT support experience - there is no specific level of experience needed, but some exposure and understanding would be great
Any relevant IT certifications would be beneficial
Experience of working alongside Voice-related technology is a huge bonus but is not essential, we can provide training & development in this area if required
A great attitude to learn and develop!Please note this role will require you to work a shift-pattern, provisional schedule below.
Day Shifts - 4 days on, 4 days off

Base salary of £25,000 a year.
