What’s the role?
As Product Manager, reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll be working alongside the wider Product team to shape the direction and development of core products. Working cross-functionally, you’ll be responsible for delivering a radically transformed customer experience aimed at supporting the UK
population to live longer, healthier lives.
What do I need to be able to do?
Be confident in leading the development and execution of new products and product evolutions.
Be able to manage key stakeholders, at all levels.
Hold knowledge about the wider industry, trends, and how our offerings compare.
Be able to establish success criteria and be comfortable using data to guide development.
Drive customer empathy, product expertise, and competitive awareness throughout the team.And who do I need to be?
Someone with previous experience in Product Management roles (ideally with experience of moving from waterfall to Agile, and an understanding of the challenges that this can bring).
Experience of owning the creation and evolution of digital products including, but not exclusively, with apps
User obsessed – you’ll be passionate about designing and building great user experiences with experience of identifying behavioural insights and using this to form the product strategy
Strong analytical mindset with an obsessive focus on data to achieve business goals and meet user's needs
Natural consensus-builder and comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders (from engineers and designers to marketing, sales and finance)
Self-motivated and results driven, with an ability to challenge the status quo and articulate a path to get thereWhat’s next?
