Become to go-to person for Adobe and Digital Analysis.This role is all about analysing and understanding their digital function across their financial products. The company are doing amazing things to understand the overall customer experience across digital and non-digital touchpoints, making recommendations and improving the client experience with this leading financial firm, all within the wider digital analytics team.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll also get the chance to work with the web and app developers to ensure they are implementing as per your specifications. You’ll also be the go-to for supporting the business with analytics and responding to digital activity and client behaviour.
You’ll be setting up Adobe workspaces and monitoring digital journeys through Adobe and Google Analytics while working with a product and digital team. There is a lot of opportunity to progress here, so it is a great chance to move through to leading, coaching and mentoring your team.
What experience you’ll need to apply
Minimum 3+ years working as a digital analyst
Experience working with Adobe or Google Analytics
Strong data manipulation skills
Ability to provide insights and present to stakeholders
Experience working with SQL
Experience working with a visualisation tool (PowerBI or Tableau)
