A global Managed Security Service, based in the Docklands, is setting up a 24/7 Out of Hours Helpdesk team and looking for at least five staff members to join them. They are paying up to £26k with a £2k on call/ out of hours allowance.
The Out of Hours Helpdesk Support team will be the 1st point of contact into the IT Support department for all end users. The team will be solely responsible for logging the initial ticket request and troubleshoot and escalating all tickets coming into the department relating to Software and Hardware faults.
The Out of Hours Helpdesk Support team will work on a shift basis which will include night shifts once training is completed, the shift pattern is not 100% confirmed yet and will be worked out once the team is established, as it will vary on you. Over time, this role will lead to a technical role with ample opportunities for training and progression within the company.
