Contract Service Desk Analyst - Bristol
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a high-profile Bristol based company who are looking to expand their Service Desk team which provides first class support to over 400 employees.
This is a busy and varied contract role providing technical support on a variety of systems, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
In order to be considered for this Service Desk Analyst role we are looking for some of the following experience:
Previous experience of working on an IT Service Desk / Helpdesk in a 1st Line Support capacity would be beneficial
Experience of logging calls through a call logging system
Good overall IT knowledge especially with Excel
Excellent customer service skills
The role could suit a recent University or College Graduate looking for their first IT roleThe Service Desk Analyst will be working on-site five days a week for the initial training period, afterwards there will be flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week.
The role is Inside IR35 and is an initial 6 month contract.
