My client is a fast-growing company in the retail sector which supplies to over 100 countries worldwide. They are now recognised as one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK and show no signs of slowing down! Due to their impressive growth, they are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their dedicated support team, based on-site in their Manchester office.
Reporting to the Head of IT, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality tech based-services across the business, responding to requests and providing technical support to end-users.
Act as the first point of contact for incoming technical issues.
Provide remote support over the phone, via email and in person.
Escalate more complex issues to the Engineering team.
General support and maintenance of PC hardware.
Diagnose and resolve network issues.
Assist with regular service maintenance.
Setting up new users.
Previous experience in a similar Service Desk or technical support role.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and associated technologies.
Knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop technologies.
An understanding of networking protocols.
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
