As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will utilize superior knowledge and experience for application development. As a key contributor to the agile team, you will ensure high quality in application development that require multiple resources and coordination with the teams. You will also be involved in cross-team planning activities such as providing status updates and coordinating activities.
You are great at:
Main emphasis on writing excellent code following industry best practices.
Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports and customer escalations.
Perform all assigned jobs with minimal supervision.
Work closely with Quality Engineering to review test plans and test cases.
Great at debugging, root cause analysis & problem solving.
The ideal candidate will possess deep software development skill and cloud computing as well as very strong written and public communication skills. The ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of software development experience.
Expert in JAVA, Spring Framework, Angular.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture with SAGA.
Experience with cloud deployments, docker, Kubernetes, helm charts.
Experience in CI/CD pipeline (preferably with GIT).
Experience or knowledge of OAuth2.
Experience on GraphQL and REST APIs (creation as well as consumption).
Good Knowledge of databases (Cassandra and postgreSQL), RabbitMQ and redis.
Good knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented principles.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
