IT Support Analyst - Office365, Windows Server, Active Directory
Are you looking for a new IT support role where you can choose the days/weeks you work, be the main person for all onsite support issues, then we have the role for you! We are looking for someone with experience of supporting Office365, Active Directory and Windows Server as well as build and maintaining laptops/desktops and end point devices and all related equipment.
The role will be to provide 1st and 2nd line support to users, supporting and repairing equipment, working with 3rd party suppliers for more technical issues and to ensure systems are working to maximum efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
Have experience of troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining computers and peripherals and undertaking basic repairs
Experience of current network troubleshooting skills, working knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies
Experience of administration of Windows Active Directory, including Microsoft Office 365 suite and Azure active directory - setting up user accounts, password re-sets etc
Any experience of VMware or Hyper-V and Server builds would be a real advantage.
Please note this role requires an enhanced DBS completed within the last 3 years. If you do not have one you will need to be prepared to pay for one to be completed, which will be refunded once 28 days of employment have been completed
