Our clients are typically looking for Engineers covering level one faults that would be low impact, affecting single users or devices, such as Cisco IP phones or cabled data connections. Level two faults would impact a number of users, devices or a department, such as a Cisco LAN switch event/failure. A level 3 incident would be a more widespread failure, affecting multiple locations/departments/sites, such as a Cisco Core or Distribution switch failure. This level of fault could also include a Cisco Wireless Network outage or Cisco Call Manager issue. Therefore we are looking for candidates with extensive Cisco experience able to resolve any IPT faults.
Technical certifications, e.g. CCNA/ CCNP
Substantial experience in customer-facing technical teams.
Knowledge of Voice and Data Telecommunications both public and private services
