We are looking for a customer facing individual with experience of CRM systems and business processes to learn our systems and take the lead in support issues, championing training and promoting best practice use internally. You will also play a key part in the installation of our software systems in clients across the UK.
This is a pro-active role, which requires the person to also be responsible for supporting business processes and procedures with interactions across the whole organisation to ensure the integrity and smooth running of company software.
The role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement with our Stansted offices as a potential 2 day a week site and visits to various branches across the UK required.
