This organisation is a North London based business delivering global talent solutions across UK, Europe and USA. Currently hiring for a B2B Marketing Manager, they work with some of the fastest growing start-ups and most well established enterprise brands. Delivering talent across multiple technology disciplines including: automation and AI, Digital Transformation, Technology Leadership, Data Science & Analytics etc. and the B2B Marketing Manager will own the full marketing strategy, function and execution with the support of an external marketing agency.
The B2B Marketing Manager Role
As B2B Marketing Manager you will be a vital key in liaising with an external marketing agency to ensure the desired market positioning for candidates, clients, and internal hiring. You will be responsible for launching automation, multi-channel campaigns, content and socials. The B2B Marketing Manager will be creating a strong brand presence and maximise their lead-generation marketing processes. Other responsibilities will include:
With responsibility for multiple commercial geographies you will have full marketing ownership for marketing channels across client and candidate acquisition and internal employee attraction for their own hiring purposes.
Building e-mail campaigns, automation journeys and segmentation of audiences
Producing campaigns across mobile, LinkedIn and video platforms
Analysing campaign ROI’s and producing reports for senior stakeholders
Working with consultants to understand their markets and create successful personal brand profiles.
About the B2B Marketing Manager
Ideally, you will have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive position
Good understanding of automation and e-mail campaigns experience
Experience of marketing within a Recruitment or B2B business (such as Tech)
Confidence, commercial intelligence and desire to progress your career
Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the Hertfordshire office
Full autonomy to build out the marketing function for international markets.
A salary offering £35,000 - £45,000 plus a bonus of converted leads
