What You'll Do:
Cingularity is seeking an operational Technical Project Manager from either a telecommunication or broadcast background to join its team in paving the way during our development and expansion over the coming years.
You will play a crucial part in Cingularity's development, ensuring projects are delivered on time while actively involved in service delivery, bookings, logistics, procurement, pricing, and resource management. You will aid company growth and utilise your knowledge to shape workflows and processes.

Occasional Use (OU) Bookings from initiation to billing submission across all services.
Coordinate the ongoing client bookings reporting across all events, capturing and tracking information such as client booking status, outstanding action items, client communication and revenue tracking.
Ensure that all potential scheduling conflicts and issues are resolved efficiently, relaying any information regarding issues and potential delays.
Project Management and Service Delivery
Manage Service Delivery of customer solutions, including engagement with suppliers ensuring deadlines are met for upcoming events.
Coordinate the delivery of Telecommunication connectivity from order to handoff
Coordinate logistics for upcoming events
Coordinate quotations and ordering, including negotiating with suppliers, obtaining detailed quotations and invoices, data input and cost management
Project Management of key projects from initiation to completion, interpreting project requirements ensuring they're executed accurately and within the agreed timescales.
Collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, ensuring successful delivery of both internal and external projects, ensuring that schedules are optimal and maximise the time available while minimising project risk.
Proactively identify and highlight potential risks in projects including capacity, resource issues and external factors to the management team.
Monitoring projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality, managing issue resolution, while leading activities required to maintain and complete all project documentation.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Experience and knowledge in Project Management and Service Delivery for either Telecommunications or Sports Broadcast environments.
Expert in Office 365 or G-Suite, with excellent working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of Broadcast environments and workflows, including experience working with satellite, and broadcast operators.
Experience with modern project management applications such as ClickUp, Monday, Wrike and Asana.
Familiar with Telecommunications Products and Technologies. (Wavelength, Dark fibre, Managed Ethernet).
Skills in technical /non-technical documentation writing including Project scoping, Executive summaries, Status reports.
Proven experience in Project Management or Service Delivery in a related industry.
Experience with OU bookings, and experience with booking software such as SchedulAll is advantageous.
PRINCE2 Qualifications are advantageous.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Proven record of providing an exceptional customer experience.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain focused under pressure.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to follow and develop operational processes to a high standard.
Self-motivated and organised individual up for the challenge of a start-up.

This is a permanent position based at 28 Hanbury Street, London, E1 6QR
Working hours are an average of 42.5 hours per week Monday- Friday, with a need for some flexibility.
Project based international travel will be required.
Competitive salary based on experience.
