Salesforce Platform Lead – Remote

£55,000 - £65,000 + potential bonuses, flexible working and excellent benefits

This advanced and rapidly growing legal-tech company are looking to add an experience Salesforce Platform Lead / Lead Salesforce Administrator to their team. This person will have overall product ownership of the salesforce platform across the business as well as being responsible for the ongoing development of the platform.

This role will be primarily remote, with very occasional visits to Hull required.

Package

35-hour work week

25 days holidays + bank holidays + 5 days ‘study leave’

The Salesforce Lead will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and management of the Salesforce CRM platform within the organisation. You will act as a subject matter expert on the capabilities of Salesforce to drive adoption and maximise the value of the platform, whilst staying up to date on Salesforce best practices, new features, and product updates.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in a Salesforce-related role

Strong experience in Sales, Service and Data Architecture

Salesforce certification (e.g., Solution/Technical Architect, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)

Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices

Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage relationships with stakeholders
