We are looking for a Unified Communications Service Desk Engineer to join us at our well-established Telecommunications business, to help provide Broadband, VOIP, and Hardware support to our client base.
We are looking for someone who will provide effective communications assistance across all aspects of the business and provide support to all our clients.
Unified Communications Support Engineer
£28,000-£30,000 D.O.E

Main Purpose of the Job:
As a communications engineer; you will be responsible for providing support and diagnosing/resolving technical communications issues. You would be supporting, provisioning and maintaining Broadband, and Communications Services/System based products, including, ADSL, FTTC, FTTP, Leased Lines, Routers, VPN, SIP Trunks, Number Porting, Hosted and On Prem Unified Communications Systems, plus general maintenance of all Comms related hardware and software.
Main day to day duties:
Providing support
Provisioning and escalating orders
Fault finding and escalating faults to suppliers.
Providing a high level of customer service
Required knowledge/skills
Experience on one of the following systems: Gamma Horizon/Wildix/NEC/Hosted Voice Select.
Setting up and configuring VOIP systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management
Fantastic customer service skills.
Ability to adapt and develop new technical skills.
