We are currently working with one of the fastest growing IT Consultancy, Support and Cloud Service providers in the UK. 

They are currently looking for an experienced IT Field Engineer.

This role will require you to travel to client sites around 3 to 4 times a week based within the Northern Ireland area.

The role will involve you: 

Working with clients to resolve technical issues 

Travelling on site  

Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions 

Support problem identification Advise users on the appropriate course of action 

Monitor issues from start to resolution 

Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support    They are looking for people who have: 

Super organisational skills 

Great customer service skills  

High attention to detail  

Strong analytical skills 

Solid service desk experience 

Must be within the Northern Ireland area

Your own car that can be used for the business use (expenses will be paid)
