LOOKING FOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS!*

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst on a 14 month rolling contract based in Gaydon.

Summary of responsibilities:

• Business Analyst

• This role supports the function of Engineering Test Delivery within Engineering Build and Test Operations.

• With business wide exposure, this role will provide an excellent customer experience to internal customers and external suppliers and partners.

• Responsible for supporting tactical and strategic business improvement projects through gathering of requirements, ongoing project support and coordination, as well as communication with all project teams and stakeholders

• Projects will be varied and can be from physical infrastructure investment and delivery to business process analysis and improvement.

• Requirements to use business specific systems and toolsets with all training available.

• The ideal candidate will be willing to learn, at pace.

• Put themselves into the position of customers to understand challenges and seek creative solutions that leverage best practice or adoption of new technologies.

Skills required

• Understanding of technology developments and stay up to date through research

• Strong stakeholder management skills including clear communication written / verbal

• Good organisation skills and use of productivity tools to display and progress work packages within wider project portfolios

Experience required

• Experience of collaboration cross-functional team working

• Experience of identifying business improvements and recommending a case for change, including use of supporting data

• Ability to work accurately and against fixed timing deadlines requires work to be planned and prioritised.

• Able to accurately analyse and interpret data

• Strong stakeholder management skills including clear communication written / verbal

• Good MS Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Additional Experience Preferred:

• Additional European language

• Working with a case management system

Experience preferred

• Understanding of Engineering test activities, methods, and locations.

• Experience of Agile methodologies and toolsets (Kanban, JIRA, etc.)

• Exposure within business change delivery initiatives

Umbrella and PAYE rate available. Umbrella rate £30 per hour
