Implementation Consultant – Warrington 

On behalf of our well-established and growing client based in Warrington, we are recruiting for an Implementation Consultant. As an Implementation Consultant, you will deliver implementation and business consultancy services and work with customers to advise them through the full project life cycle to help them achieve the optimum solution to meet their business requirements.

The duties of Implementation Consultant will include but not be limited to:

Providing expert implementation and business consultancy services and training for tour clients solutions in accordance with project documentation, implementation guidelines and quality standards.

Provide support and advice to customers on the use and configuration of solutions on an ad-hoc basis, providing clear and effective resolutions.

Demonstrate our client’s solutions to prospective and existing customers, proposing recommendations to meet their business requirements.

Produce and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation to a high standard, including solution designs, project documentation, user and configuration guides and technical specifications

Contribute to the product development roadmap and strategy, helping to identify product gaps, suggesting enhancements and new solutions in line with sector and legislation changes

The Implementation Consultant will have:

Knowledge of HTML, XML, Web services and SQL

Strong expertise in interfaces and integrations

Positive, proactive and self-motivated

Capable of delivering effective meetings and workshops, documenting them appropriately

The ability to demonstrate software solutions, effectively present themselves, the company and the product.

The ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines, manage expectations and change control
