Key Responsibilities:
Working with the latest, cutting-edge technologies, you will be supporting users across the UK.
Act as the point of escalation for 1st line service desk engineers whilst also supporting 3rd line engineers and technicians.
Managing and prioritising workload and multiple open incidents effectively.
What you'll bring to the role:
2+ years experience as a 2nd line engineer.
Experience and understanding of: Windows 10, Windows Server 2022/2019/2016, Azure & Intune, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Networking (Switching/VLANs/Routing/Firewalls), and PowerShell.
Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem solving and client interaction.
Excellent communication and organisation, with good attention to detail.
