A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a highly accredited Managed Service Provider who specialise in cyber security, infrastructure, and communications.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for:

-Assisting and supporting the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure on premises hardware/infrastructure and Azure Cloud managed services and support by the CNS organisation and its customers.

-Dealing with 2nd/3rd line support issues in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email.

-Involvement in the delivery of projects for new and existing customers when required.

Proven skills and experience to help succeed in this role include:

-Azure cloud computing and Virtualization, deployment, and configuration Azure Virtual Machines.

-ESXi, VMWare and vSphere.

-Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies including auditing and diagnostics.

-Azure AD.

-Valid driving licence and own road legal vehicle

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

-Exchange Server.

-Server support and maintenance.

-Storage provision

-Operating system support, installation, and configuration.

-Azure storage accounts.

-Azure Resource Groups.

-AD Connect.

-AD DS

-Endpoint support experience.
