A leading Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for a 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support (Windows Server, Networking support) to join their busy, growing Support team. This company has a strong culture around learning and development - huge opportunities on offer for training and certifications!!

As a 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support (Windows Server, Networking support) you need to have experience of:

* Experience with DNS/DHCP

* Supporting end users over remote login

* Support Windows server 2016, admin, setup & install

PowerShell would be useful!

As a 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support (Windows Server, Networking support), you will be working in a team of 6 people to support external customers. You are able to be fully remote (UK based) and have previously worked from home. You will be learning and training for around 50% of the time for the first 3-6 months, then support and project work.
