This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Engineering Manager to play a key role in the evolution of a hugely successful, enterprise-scale technology firm delivering an online platform.

As your new company continue to expand internationally, so does their volume of real time, transactional data which requires complex reporting and systems development solutions, within a highly compliant framework.

You will work closely with the Head of Business Intelligence to improve strategy, process improvement and project delivery, whilst at the same time mentoring your Engineering Manager and Team Lead reports.

Your new company operate an extremely large and complex SQL Server environment. You'll be overseeing the build of OLAP systems for data produced by 50m+ customers globally - data which needs to be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

There is huge investment in SQL Server and database tech, and your role as Software Engineering Manager will see you delivering SQL Server business intelligence solutions which you don't often see developed at this scale.

You'll benefit from a wider leadership group within Software Engineering to develop your own skills.
