Our client, a growing company in Wigan, Greater Manchester, is seeking a skilled and passionate IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic and fast-paced team💻. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, and configuring bespoke software systems on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:💎

Providing technical support to users

Troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems

Identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

Working closely with the teamQualifications and Experience:✔

Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems

Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and other common business applications
