Our client is looking for an ICT Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. The ICT Technician will be providing onsite support services and will be ensuring a complete out-sourced IT support solution for schools. The ICT Technician will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line on-site technical support to a designated school.
Key Responsibilities for the ICT Technician:
To provide 1st and 2nd line on-site technical support to a designated School
To ensure the ICT needs of the school are met in relation to teaching, learning and administration
To always provide a professional and courteous service
To provide regular reports to the Service Manager / Virtual Network ManagerSkills Required for the ICT Technician:
Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
Microsoft Office 365
Networking
Troubleshooting
Excellent Communicator
