2nd line Support / Helpdesk Engineer - Hatfield - £40K
Office 365 / Server / Azure
This successful and growing company are looking for a 2nd Line Support engineer to join their team to help provide enterprise level assistance to their customers. You will be taking incoming support calls, analysing and troubleshooting issues, installing and customising applications and working closely with the development team.

** Experience working for a software company or supporting a business application
** Experience working with Office 365, Server and Azure
** Desirable / Chance to learn** Microsoft training and certifications

As this is a successful and growing company there are plenty of opportunities for progression, over time you could move into more of an implementation role, working at customer sites or you might prefer to contribute more to the development and improvement of the product itself.
