Acorn Technology is working with a Public Sector body in West Wales to find a IT Technician to supplement an already talented team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ICT Support, resolution or escalation for issues assigned to you from the helpdesk. Additionally, you will be required to keep the helpdesk up to date with updates, timescales or re-assignment as required to ensure the end user is fully informed.
Main duties/skills:
* Providing ICT Support, resolution or escalation for issues assigned to you from the helpdesk
* Keep the helpdesk up to date with updates, timescales or re-assignment as required to ensure the end user is fully informed
* Visiting site to perform ICT maintenance, installations and configurations as necessary
* Setting up, installing and configuring WiFi Access Points, Switches, firewalls, cabling and other network infrastructure, including DHCP, Radius and IP configurations.at stations and commands
* PC, Laptop, Tablets, Mobile, VOIP telephone, MFD, printer and other devices setup, configuration and maintenance
* Provide guidance and help to support the station ICT procedures including use of Office 365 and Password policies
