IT Engineer (MSP) - Grantham / WFH

I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an IT Engineer to join their ever-growing support team based in Grantham. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing IT support to their clients. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are a must. This role will be an excellent fit for someone looking to progress their career and join and ever-growing support team with a big emphasis on career progression.

We are looking for someone who lives a commutable distance from Grantham and who wants to be a part of a team long-term whilst offering excellent service to their clients. The role is predominantly remote but will require travel into their office in Grantham and client visits when required with a vehicle provided by the client.

Skills required:

Network configurations / setups (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)

Cisco IOS

Hardware configurations / setups

Office 365

MSP experience

Full UK driving licence

Personal qualities:

Ability to work under pressure

Highly motivated team player

Organising a busy workload

Willing to undertake training

Excellent communication skills
