This is the ideal role for an individual with some live experience in providing both 1st and 2nd line IT support and project delivery within an MSP environment or as a member of an internal IT support team looking for their next step. You should be passionate about providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities:

* IT Support / Onsite Support Engineer tasked to manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.

* To ensure service level agreement standards are met.

* To promptly complete any admin paperwork and documentation.

* Keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools.

Essential Skills:

* Good communication skills – written and verbal.

* IT Support / Onsite Support Engineer with a strong appreciation for customer service.

* You will have a passion for IT and learning.

* Active Directory, Windows Server, O365 Admin, Google Admin Suite.

* Comfortable working and delivering towards SLAs.

* Demonstrated understanding of technical troubleshooting and fault finding.

Desirable:

* Experience of Intune would be desirable.

* Candidate with previous education experience would be advantageous.

Employment will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
