What you’ll be doing:

* Identify and determine obsolescence risk and requirements using data analytics

* Hold discovery workshops to determine the compatibility & dependencies

* Develop asset-level migration plans along with the Infrastructure team, including interlocking the scope of testing with the Application team

Main Skills/ Requirements:

* Technical knowledge of upgrades of Logical Servers, Databases, Application Servers and/or Web Servers

* Previously involved in driving medium-scale migrations
